Free consulting includes basic discussion and site visit only. Detailed designs or drawings are not included unless agreed separately.Pricing & Payments
Prices are finalized before work starts. An advance payment is mandatory. Delayed payments may result in temporary work stoppage.Project Changes
Any changes after project approval may increase cost and timeline. All changes must be mutually agreed.Materials
Materials will be used as discussed. Natural variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and acceptable.Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to site conditions, material availability, weather, or client-requested changes.Quality & Warranty
Work is done as per professional standards. Warranty, if any, is limited to workmanship. Third-party products follow manufacturer warranty.Cancellation
